Thank you for your interest in Professional Executive Program (PEP). PEP originally began in 2017 as an service provided by Heuristic Learning www.heuristiclearning.com to provide individualized education to professionals who required education designed to meet their specific goals; had an erratic schedule; preferred a particular delivery method; preferred learning in a non-traditional environment or preferred one-on-one instruction.

PEP allowed the professional to actively participate in developing their own professional development plan (PDP) to meet their short- and long-term career and education goals.

In 2018, PEP became its own entity and an I M Possible (I M) brand. PEP was then transformed into provider of professional coaching services thus extending the I M portfolio of personal, professional, and organizational development services.
